About: Randall is a serial entrepreneur, coaches CEOs on scaling their business, and leads the Braintrust Professional Institute. He shares his unique perspective through his eight books (one a best seller), 600+ articles, podcasts, keynote speeches, virtual presentations, and advisory relationships. He has helped over 100 organizations – from start-ups to multinationals – scale their businesses, build capacity, and address their most pressing challenges. Randall has taught at numerous executive education programs, serves on both corporate and not-for-profit boards, and frequently appears as an expert in the media. He has earned an FCMC, CFA, MBA, CSP, iGP, and a Black Belt in Karate. Randall has also been inducted into the Canadian Speaking Hall of Fame.

About: Arthur Koch has over 20 years of results-oriented business transformation leadership experience gained throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, and Europe. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies for consumer products, top-tier automotive suppliers, aerospace and defense, electronics, electrical and mechanical, as well as wholesale and distribution. Prior to entering consulting, he filled the role of Vice President of Supply Chain Management for companies that are global leaders in their industries. His expertise is in implementation and application of supply chain solutions for ERPs, forecasting and inventory planning, sales and operations planning, organizational re-engineering, and LEAN/synchronous practices. No matter the industry, Art focuses on driving profit with improvements to customer service and inventory and factory management. He holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Michigan and a MBA in Supply Chain and Operation Management from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Business at Michigan State University.

About: Norman Bacal is a retired attorney and the founder of the Toronto law office Heenan Blaikie. While building and leading this firm, he also became a widely sought expert in tax law for the entertainment business. He has represented studios such as Warner Brothers and MGM, and served on the Board of Directors for Lionsgate while they were producing the Hunger Games film franchise. Upon retirement from practice in 2015, he took up writing, authoring the Globe and Mail bestselling memoir, Breakdown, as well as his Amazon bestselling fiction novel Odell's Fall and a soon to be released second novel, Ophelia. Bacal actively mentors young professionals and is a frequent keynote speaker at universities, firm retreats, and conferences. Bacall holds a third degree black belt in Shotokan Karate and is an avid golfer.
